Due to few electrical issues in the international space station of NASA, the astronauts could not continue their studies and research. This is now being replaced and fixed by the two astronauts – Reid Wiseman and Butch Wilmore, last Wednesday, making the whole power up and running.
Reid Wiseman and Butch Wilmore have been working on many projects, which was disrupted due to these issues and they are relieved of this fix, as the energy capability is resolved up to 100% now. The problem was caused in the voltage regulator, which shorted out in the month of May. This shortage could not be replaced so far due to many disruptions.
The stoppage was caused due to a spacesuit problem and it was so bad, that it flooded the helmet, which almost costed an astronaut’s life, in 2013. The journey of these two astronauts in the recent months, has also been challenging. In order to avoid the electrical shock, the two astronauts waited for the darkness to replace the voltage regulator, so that there would be no discharge.
