The group who has grapefruit juice, gained 18% less weight than the other group. This juice has gained a lot of popularity in the Hollywood and many people truly believe it is a good source of weight loss. Grapefruit is also rich in vitamin C and the acts as an antioxidant to control the cholesterol as well.
