10 People Were Sentenced To Life in Prison by Pakistan Court Jail for Attacking Malala Yousafzai

According to the announcement by judge, ten accused have been sentenced to life in prison for attacking Malala Yousafzai in 2012, who is a Noble Prize winner.

When the young activist was attacked, the Mingora court had passed the sentence in the north Pakistan. The life sentence I Pakistan is for 25 year term.

Ten suspects were been arrested by the Pakistan army last September from the Islamist group Shura which is said to be linked to the country`s main Taliban group, Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan, for attacking on Malala Yousafzai on 9th October 2012.

Malala was attacked when she was returning home in a school bus. She was shot in her head by the two armed men, who proceed to identify and shoot her. Malala is an upstanding activist for female education.

She was admitted in the hospital in Rawalpindi, afterwards she was been taken to Britain where her injuries were treated and cured. At present she is living in Britain with her family.

Last October 2014 she was awarded with Noble Peace Prize, along with Kailash Satyarthi from India.

An International Organization is also run by her known as Malala Fund, to advocate for all girls for getting right to get education around the world.
