Ahmed Mohamed, Texas Teen Detained For Homemade Clock, To Move to Qatar

According to the reporters, Ahmed Mohamed, a 14 year old Muslim boy who was detained for making a homemade clock and brought it to school will soon be moving with his family to the Middle East so that he can easily attend school there, as per his family member.

As reported, the clock was mistaken for a possibly bomb.

As reported, a statement which was released by the Ahmed`s Mohamed`s family, stated that they had accepted the foundation`s offer to pay for his school and college in Doha, Qatar.

As said by Ahmed`s father, “We are going to move to a place where my kids can study and learn, and all of them being accepted by that country.”

As added in the statement, the family was very much satisfied and was happy too by the many offers of support.

An offer from the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community development to join its Innovators had been accepted by the family. Mohamed had received a full scholarship for his secondary and undergraduate education.  Ahmed was impressed by the programs and thinks that he will learn a lot and have fun too.
